Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participant
Deposits are non-refundable in case of Participant Cancellation
More than 60 days before the event (by August 17, 2025):
A full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will be issued.
30–59 days before the event (August 18 – September 16, 2025):
A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 30 days before the event (after September 17, 2025):
No refunds will be issued.
If you can no longer attend, your spot may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval.
Cancellations by Organizer
If the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disaster, venue closure), participants will be offered:
A full refund.
Non-Payment Policy
Failure to pay by your emailed deadlines for the payment plan without prior written communication will result in the following:
First Missed Payment:
A reminder will be sent within 24 hours of the missed due date. You will have a 3-day grace period to bring your account current or communicate with us.After the Grace Period:
If no payment or communication has been received within 3 days of the missed deadline, your spot may be released to the next person on the waitlist, and your deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited.
Transfers & Waitlist
If you're unable to attend and we can fill your spot from our waitlist, we will refund your registration minus a $50 rebooking fee.
Agreement Required
All participants must agree to this policy during registration.
